I’m a Creative Operations specialist with 17 years of experience across visual design, marketing, and project management, working with teams of many sizes and stages.

Before launching my consultancy, I served as the Group Creative Marketing Manager at Pacvue, a B2B e-commerce technology company. There, I led art direction and production management across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Events, and Executive teams during a period of rapid growth.

Working in complex, fast-scaling environments shaped my focus. I saw how strong creative work can be held back by unclear systems, not because teams lack skill, but because the structure hasn’t kept pace with growth. No one does their best work under constant strain. That realization led me to specialize in helping teams alleviate pressure through clearer workflows and practical, organized systems.

Today, I partner with solopreneurs, creative teams, marketing teams, and small organizations to make complex work easier to manage. I also assist with short-term project management or content production support when initiatives need steady coordination and delivery. My goals are always the same: reduced strain, sustainable growth, and more time for clients spend on what they do best.
