About Joli

Joli Latini is a Creative Operations specialist with 16 years’ experience as a visual designer and project manager, across a wide range of industries and business scales. Before venturing out as a consultant, she recently served as the Group Creative Marketing Manager for Pacvue, an e-commerce technology company. 

In that role, Joli was responsible for art direction and project management of all the brand’s design collateral, across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Events, and Executive teams. This experience developed an obsession with efficient prioritization, and a deep desire to help other busy creatives. Today, Joli uses close listening skills, thoughtful analysis, broad design knowledge and empathy to build customized tools and repeatable processes for scaling teams. The end goals are sustainable growth, reduced strain on designers, smoother collaboration, and more time to create.
